MVT Premium internal rotor ignition version 2.0 for Simson.
In contrast to other suppliers of internal rotor ignition systems, which are usually only designed for racing, the Spanish manufacturer MVT has integrated a light/charging coil. This means that this ignition system can completely replace the original ignition and supply the entire on-board electronics with power. Thanks to the lightweight internal rotor, the engine is significantly more agile, responds much better to the throttle and the idle speed is very stable. A lightweight inner rotor is far superior to the heavy original rotor in a 2-stroke engine and delivers the best performance with absolute reliability and suitability for everyday use. The MVT Premium has a linear ignition curve and is therefore ideally suited for original or tuned engines up to 15,ooo rpm. In the revised version 2.0, the CDI and ignition coil have been combined in one component, so that less space is required and cable clutter is reduced. Another plus point is the new uniform TDC setting, which is now carried out line by line as standard during commissioning. Automatic adjustment no longer needs to be compensated for or taken into account.
Attention! The ignition timing must still be set and checked using the appropriate tools (ignition light gun, dial gauge)!

No matter what damage it has suffered! To take advantage of the terms of the MVT charter, the entire defective ignition system must be sent to the manufacturer. If the ignition system is too old or too badly damaged, you will receive a new ignition for a flat rate of €100, regardless of the MVT ignition model.
