Optional return for B2B partners

In Germany, a commercial purchase does not come under end customers' statutory right of withdrawal. Even so, for our trade partners, we grant an optional return for items not required. This does not affect legal claims to warranty / warranty for defects, that are regulated in our terms and conditions.

To provide you with our optional return service, we charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of goods. In order to use the optional return, kindly note the following terms:

• Returned items are only valid within 30 days upon receipt, and being unused. Any signs of wear result in rejection.
• The packaging must be undamaged, still showing the original Racing Planet bar code label.
• CDI / ECU, regulators or ignition coils are excluded from return.
• Our return form (or a copy of your order reporting information similar to our return form) is enclosed.

In Germany, for our optional return shipments, you can call up the DHL label in your order summary within 30 days (4.99 EUR plus tax).

In the event of complaints or warranty claims, we provide you the shipment label for free.
